| This league is to introduce the fundamentals of basketball. Below lays out how the season is to be utilized.
Weeks 1-4 = Practice the fundamentals of basketball
Weeks 5-7 = Practice the fundamentals of basketball
The 8th week = 40 minutes of fundamentals & 20 minutes of scrimmage
The last 3 weeks = 40 minutes of fundamentals & 20 minutes of scrimmage
Follow the drills laid out at the coaches’ clinic & in the book. At the end of the year when you scrimmage, coaches are encouraged to be on the floor during the scrimmages to encourage the players.
