| The Merton Athletic Association (M.A.A.) “ZERO TOLERANCE” Code of Conduct policy requires any person participating in a M.A.A. activity to have a signed and completed Code of Conduct form on file prior to the commencement of any activity. The Code of Conduct form will be read and signed by the participant, parent/guardians, and the participant’s coaches or instructors.
The Code of Conduct form will be handed out by the team manager, coach, or instructor (depending on the activity) to all participants within the first week of the activity. At the start of week 2 of the activity, participants will not be allowed to step on the court or field for practice or game; receive a uniform; or, receive equipment, without first having turned in the signed Code of Conduct. There will be NO exceptions and ZERO TOLERANCE if this requirement is not met.
