| The Merton Athletic Association’s (M.A.A.) Participation Policy requires any person participating in a M.A.A. activity to have a signed and completed Participation Waiver and Photography Release on file prior to the commencement of any activity. A participant will not be allowed to step on the court or field for a practice or game; receive a uniform; or, receive equipment, without first having turned in the signed and completed Participant and Photo Waiver. This document will be kept on file for that activity’s season.
Participants registering for M.A.A. activities online must print, completely fill out, sign and turn in the Participation and Photo Waiver before they are allowed to participate in the activity. There will be NO exceptions and ZERO TOLERANCE if this requirement is not met.
Participants registering in person for M.A.A. activities must completely fill out, sign and turn in the Participation and Photo Waiver AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. There will be NO exceptions and ZERO TOLERANCE if this requirement is not met.
