League Information:

• Must be in 4K or 5K at the start of the season. 
• This league will combine Coach Pitch & T-Ball. The tee will be used to develop hand/eye coordination, proper batting stance and swing as outlined in the Fundamentals Handbook for Coaches.
• The coaches will pitch to players using the tee only as a back-up or when a player cannot hit the ball.
• Games are played at Pollworth Park fields.
• Practice is once a week until the season begins, which is the last week of April on Tuesday or Thursday Nights, weather permitting.
• One Scheduled game per week on Tuesdays or Thursdays starting after opening weekend.
• Game on Opening Day (typically Saturday before Memorial Weekend)
• Game on Closing day (typically 3rd Saturday in July)
• 4K-5K rules apply
• Equipment: Baseball Glove, Cleats (soccer or baseball cleats work great at this age) Batting Helmet and Bat.  There will be some helmets and bats in the team bag that can be shared.

• This league will be Machine Pitch.  The tee will be used to develop hand/eye coordination, proper batting stance and swing as outlined in the Fundamentals Handbook for Coaches.

• Games are played at Pollworth Park Fields.
• One Scheduled game per week on Mondays starting after opening weekend.
•  Coaches may add an additional practice on Fridays, or play makeup games on Fridays.
• Game on Opening Day (typically weekend before Memorial Weekend)
• Tournament on Closing day (typically 3rd Saturday in July)
• 1st-2nd Grade rules will apply

3RD/4TH GRADE BASEBALL

• This league will be player pitch. 
• Practices begin last week of April, weather permitting.
• There will be one or two scheduled games per week starting in Mid-May. 
• Teams will be assigned an additional practice time.
•  Games will be played within the League. Home games are at Pollworth fields.
• Game on Opening Day (typically weekend before Memorial Weekend)
• There is a season ending tournament (this tournament has been held during typically the 3rd week in July)
• 3rd-4th Grade rules will apply
